I am just starting to get the ball rolling on my charity (I have called it Naturopathy for All, but that may change based on the new name search I'll have done) -- Its purpose is to make naturopathic medicine accessible to all. Whether it be assistance with supplement or lab work purchases or paying for part or all of the naturopathic services. I would like it to be registered federally, so I am looking into filling 4001 and 4002 forms once I hear back from the name search, but I'm wondering if there is more that I need to do - I'm sure there are questions I don't even know to ask yet.
