The Collaborative Doula Collective
The Collective is a community-based organization that supports doulas and the families they support across the full spectrum of life. Through education, mentorship, community programs, and collaborative services, the Collective works to strengthen access to holistic support during fertility, pregnancy, abortion care, birth, postpartum, loss, grief, end-of-life, and death.
Our social enterprise model blends community impact with sustainable revenue streams. Income generated through doula services, training programs, workshops, events, and partnerships is reinvested into initiatives that support doulas and expand care for families. This includes mentorship opportunities, accessible education, community programming, and efforts to increase equitable access to doula support.
At its heart, the Collective is built on the belief that collaboration, education, and community care can strengthen both the doula profession and the wellbeing of the families we support.
